Early pre-planning construction sequences analysis provide rich information in 3D simulated construction visual to planning team to review planning and construction activities that will moves through its phases, workforce, equipment and logistics at project sites. It provides design and construction team on site to have clearer picture on how construction and building works unfold throughout the project life cycles before and during construction.

Note that Powerproject only runs on Microsoft Windows operating systems. If you are using a different operating system, please see Powerproject SaaS option.

Microsoft Windows 64-bit

Powerproject is approved for use with 64-bit operating systems.

Microsoft Office 2016

Powerproject works with Microsoft Office versions from 2010 to 2016.

Microsoft Windows Server

Powerproject Version 14 is approved for use with Microsoft Windows 2008 Server R2, Windows 2012 Server R1 and R2 and Windows 2016 Server (excluding non-GUI versions are not supported).

Virtual Environments

Powerproject Version 14 is supported on VMWare ESX, VMWare ESXi and when using VMWare Workstation. Other virtual environments are not currently supported. Please contact our Technical Support team for information on licensing in a VMWare environment.

Home editions

“Home” editions of Microsoft Windows operating systems do not include some of the technologies that are required to fully operate Powerproject and its activation technologies, so these editions are not supported environments for Powerproject. If using a “Home” edition of a Microsoft Windows operating system is a requirement, consider using Powerproject SaaS instead, which does work in this environment.
