Inside Sales Representative

The Role
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals who are sales oriented, self-motivated and comfortable with communicating through telephone calls.
In this new role you will be supporting the sales team by engaging with our list of existing customers and establishing their needs or creating opportunities from new contacts.

Knowledge and Experience Required
- SPM/O-Level is required, Diploma/Degree is preferred.
- Excellent telephone and communication skills in English and Malay.
- Strong communicator with a process oriented work style and able to adapt sales tactics into their calls.
- Industry knowledge on Construction, Project Management or Consultant Engineering is an added advantage.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Sales/Customer Service is preferred or a related field.
